FRONT OF HOUSE:

We are seeking full-time and part-time crew members to join our Sylvia Park store.
You will be the face of our restaurant and the first person our customers see when they walk in the door.

And you will be the reason our customers return again and again by serving hot and fresh food and delivering friendly service, you leave a wickedly positive impression.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
✓ Greet customers with a smile, take orders, process payment and respond appropriately to customer issues
✓ Train on your core position and keep up to date on training
✓ Work hard to achieve goals
✓ Follow food and safety procedures
✓ Follow cash handling safety and security procedures
✓ Demonstrate positive energy at all times
✓ Create a winning experience for every customer
✓ Communicate in a positive manner with customers, peers and managers

BACK OF HOUSE
As a Back of House team member, you are a crucial part of our business as you will be preparing and cooking our dishes for customers on a daily basis.
You will also be making sure the kitchen is kept clean and tidy.
✓ Prepare and serve Wicked chicken and meals
✓ Ideally you will have prior experience or a definite interest in the food industry
✓ Have the ability to work under pressure
✓ Follow direction and a set process of coping with particular tasks
